On-Site Support
Our goal at VSR is to ensure that your order arrives on-time and your team has the support needed to ensure a smooth delivery and install. In many cases, we can have a representative on-site to help with questions and timely information to make the process as seamless as possible.
A big part of the VSR story is our Design & Engineering department. Our team of design and mechanical engineers includes 7 Design Engineers, 3 BSMEs and 2 MSMEs. CAD and Solidworks specialists ensure that every element of what becomes your finished product is built with precision and accuracy, using the very latest computer technology available. 3D printing and modeling equipment allows us to build and test prototypes throughout the process, refining them to perfection before they become reality.
Fifty years of custom manufacturing experience combined with over 200,000 sq. ft in manufacturing facilities and a state-of the-art equipment roster ensures we can deliver upon anything you can dream up. Sheet metal? Wood? A combination? We encourage you to challenge us with your creativity. Our highly trained staff controls every aspect of the design, engineering & manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product.
VSR employs an expert staff that comes with years of experience in integrating cabinets, and you can count on their expertise to ensure that your cabinet is integrated to your exact specifications. Not sure about the layout of the interior of your cabinet? Don’t worry. Our experienced staff can work with you on the development of the interior of your cabinet, so that it not only accommodates all your components, but is also tech friendly for when it requires maintenance. VSR also offers procurement services for all integration components, so simply tells us what you want inside your cabinet and we will take care of the rest.
